Located
in the most isolated capital city in the world,
the Charismatic Renewal in Perth, Western
Australia, is a rich diversity of the charismatic
lifestyle.
This ranges from parish based Prayer Groups,
to various Covenant Communities, Communities and
Organisations. Each have their own mission and
charism that contributes to the spiritual life and
renewal of the Church in Western Australia.
This
diversity is expressed through, and brought
together at the State Service Committee
(SSC) level. This committee comprises
representatives from: The Disciples Of Jesus
Covenant Community, The Holy Spirit of Freedom
Community, Flame Ministries International and the
CCR Parish-Based Prayer Groups from around the
State.
The
State Service Committee under auspices of the
Archbishop, exists as a "service" body rather than
an "authoritative" body for the growth of the
Charismatic Renewal in Western Australia. The
Chairperson of the State Service Committee
represents Western Australia on the National
Service Committee (NSC).

important events are coming up to share with
members and friends:
22nd
March Prophetic Gift
Workshop
- will be held on Monday, 22nd March at the
Hilton Prayer Group, Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church,
Collick St, Hilton. The evening commences with
Prayer & Praise at 7pm and concludes by 9pm.
Dan Hewitt will run the workshop with the
assistance of others in CCR. Open to all who are

30th
March CCR Music Ministry
Meeting
- anyone in CCR interested in music, and who may
want to help in the establishment of music groups
to serve at CCR functions, please come along. This
meeting will be held at the home of Adri &
Yunita Sudjana on Tuesday, March 30th, commencing
at 7.30pm. Nothing binding will be imposed on those
who attend. Rather it is an opportunity for people
to share ideas, and volunteer to serve the Lord as
they see fit. Open to all who are involved in CCR.

April Healing
Rally
-
sponsored by the Lockridge Prayer Group, held at
Good Shepherd Church, cnr Morley Dve/Altone Rd,
Kiara. The evening commences at 7.00pm and the
Healing Service will be conducted by Mr Eddie
Russell FMI. Open to all people. Queries to Colleen

Other
events - include a
weekend with Fr Bob Faricy SJ and Ms Cheryl Nguyen
on May 29th,30th. Fr John Rae's Healing Ministry
